We aim to process orders within 5 working days, in some cases this could take up to 7 working days depending on the busier times of the year

We use Royal Mail for most of our orders. On the odd occasion we might use another courier. If you have been supplied with a tracking number, please visit the relevant couriers website, in order to track your order.

If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your order email, please do get in touch via email - hello@thekindredfolk.co.uk and we will investigate the issue further for you.


REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you enjoy your product as much as we do, however if you need to return the item for any reason, please contact us at hello@thekindredfolk.co.uk and we'll be happy to help you. We always ensure that every package is properly protected for shipping, but we do understand that sometimes damages may occur whilst being transported. We will always replace or refund products that are damaged during its delivery, as long as photographic proof is sent to us within 5 days of the delivery.

We unfortunately cannot refund or replace candles that have been used - unless the product is faulty. We will also be unable to issue a refund if it is evident that your candle was burnt incorrectly and did not take into account our candle care instructions. These instructions are included in every order and we recommend that you read these when you receive our products before using.

The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items, please get in touch with us via email and we can supply you with the return address.

If you have purchased any sale items, these will unfortunately be exempt from a refund.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused products for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at hello@thekindredfolk.co.uk for further details. If you need your order urgently please let us know and we will try our very best to fulfil this. We would also encourage you to use our express delivery option at the checkout if this is the case.
